SCUBITCARE 50 Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat heart failure. It works by improving heart function, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with long-lasting (chronic) heart failure. It is usually taken along with other heart failure medicines.

Uses

SCUBITCARE-50 is prescribed for the following conditions:

  • In Treatment of Heart Failure: Heart failure means your heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to your lungs and the rest of your body. The most common symptoms are breathlessness, tiredness, and swelling in your legs, ankles, abdomen, and other body parts
  • Chronic Heart Failure (Adults): Reduces cardiovascular death and hospitalization in adults with chronic heart failure.

Important Considerations

Please keep the following points in mind while using SCUBITCARE-50:

  • Key Contraindications: Do not use if there is a history of angioedema (particularly in Black patients, where risk is higher), in pregnancy, or in cases of severe hepatic impairment.
  • Hypotension and Monitoring: Do not initiate if systolic blood pressure is <100 mmHg. Regularly monitor renal function, serum potassium, and blood pressure, especially during dose titration.
